What makes it special? Well we take a pretty standard mix that you could reasonably make yourself and we sterilise it. Seems counterproductive right? Well, usually yeah. However we put the work in after sterilisation, jam packing that substrate back up with bioactivity and nutrients from mycelium inoculations, the addition of live flake soil as well as leaf litter and tannin extractions.
So you get all the benefits of a substrate rich in bioactivty and nutrients without any of the risk of bringing in unwanted pathogens or critters into your terrarium/vivarium.
Sold in 500g or 1Kg portions, lightly vacuum sealed once inoculated prior to transit. Instructions on packaging and are also available in the website’s Library section.
