A passion project that out grew it’s intentions by so much, they became ideals.
What was originally a guy just trying to keep a plant collection alive while working full time quickly became a multifaceted collection of plants, insects and like-minded individuals. From this, the intention quickly evolved into a collaboration of works all aiming to provide superior products, information sources and facilitate a collaboration grounds for likeminded people.
Most people don’t like storm clouds, they look ominous. We think they look exciting because they’re clearly working on something.

What are we doing and why?
So to be frank, what we are doing right now is breeding and growing our stocks of bugs and plants while conducting research alongside other hobbyists of mixed fields.
The findings from these will always be freely available as a main long-term goal is to facilitate the circulation of trustworthy husbandry information. From this information we design products and collate the facts.
We believe superior husbandry and education an shouldn’t be stressful or scary it should be freely enjoyed by all and if you don’t have the time or resources to create it for yourself, we’ll have you covered.
